The media bombards us with the message that balance is impossible, so we stop trying. Isn’t that awful? The purpose of this podcast is to help you to regain your sense of hope.
You’ll learn that better balance really is possible.
What is Balance?
Life-balance is when you feel relatively satisfied with all parts of your life. One (or more) areas of your life isn’t regularly suffering because you are overly focused on another area.
Balance isn’t feeling zen every minute of the day! It’s making sure that every major aspect of your life is running somewhat smoothly. Your bills are (mostly!) paid on time. Your house isn’t a (complete!) disaster, you (sometimes!) take time to eat healthy.
To be balanced, every major area of your life should be “okay.” It doesn’t need to be perfect (my life certainly isn’t!), but it shouldn’t be a HUGE disaster, either.
If you’re not there yet, that’s okay, too! You’re in the right place to learn and get started with some great new habits.

Each episode of the podcast will give you the tools, in bite size chunks, to help you become better balanced.
No one’s perfect. We don’t expect you to be perfect (or even want you to be!), but making some small changes will get you on the road towards better balance.
