Why Do a Challenge?
For so many of us busy women, self-care isn’t even in our radar. It’s not something we allow ourselves to do because we’re “too busy.”
This challenge will help you shift your thinking. It’ll make you realize that you should be spending time on yourself, every day.
Five minutes is a great starting point because it feels so doable. Even if you’re incredibly busy, you can probably manage five minutes. I don’t want to make this challenge hard, I want to make it feel easy so you can be successful and start shifting your thinking.
How Will This Challenge Work?
1. Self-Care Activities: Once you sign-up for the challenge, you’ll receive a pdf with a list of self-care activities to do each day. Simply do the activity for at least five minutes each day.
OR
Your Own Self-Care Activities: Self-care is also about self-awareness. I want you to learn to listen to your body! If the activity on the pdf isn’t something that you want to do that day, simply do something else of your choice. Any self-care activity that you do for five minutes counts.
2. Journaling: You’ll also receive a pdf with journal prompts for each day. This part of the challenge is optional, but lovely. It’ll help you reflect on your self-care. You can choose to skip this entirely, answer some of the questions, or even answer all of the questions.
How Do I Sign Up?
The challenge can be done any time!! It’s self-paced but you’ll get a pretty pdf sheet, guiding you through each step of the way.

What are the Prizes?
You gotta have prizes, right? It makes it so much more fun!
To be eligible for a prize, simply do a self-care activity for at least 5 minutes each day – whatever activity you want to do!
I’ll be sending you a pdf with a list of activities — those are only suggestions. Feel free to do whatever activity feels right to you. Some days we need a walk, other days we need to rest. Listen to your body and do whatever it’s telling you. That’s what self-care is all about!
Prizes!!
After you successfully complete the challenge, I’ll send you a hand-made card, personally congratulating you. Woohoo! I can only send a card to people who live in the US, so if you live outside the US, I’ll send you a downloadable printable to inspire you!! Love this idea! Just joined the challenge! Having a 3 month old, it gets hard to make time for your self!
Yay! So excited for you. I think you’ll need it more than anyone — 3 months old and you’re probably getting no sleep! Loved that age. Enjoy and see you in the challenge! XOXO – Rina
Hey, I really like the idea of a challenge so we are more likely to do the self care steps we need. Great idea!
It’s amazing how once we start a small step in the right direction, it keeps on going! Wishing you the best with your self-care!
I am going to do the challenge. I have a demanding job, two big boys (15 & 12) and an entrepreneur hubby. We are blessed, but I could use a little more self-care. Thanks for this.
So excited for you, Kelly!! Would love for you to join our facebook group – let me know how it goes and if I can help in any way! You’ll be amazed at what happens once you start this tiny habit. -Love, Rina
